Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, overseeing the full lifecycle of engineering projects from conceptualization to deployment. Define technical roadmaps, set project goals, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, identifying and mitigating potential risks. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, or related field

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop engineering talent
