The HR Analyst will be responsible for delivering seamless and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, including employee onboarding, employee connect and engagement programs, surveys and action planning, rewards & recognition, HR MIS, and supporting managers with workforce data, dashboards, and organization charts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Commerce; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HR analytics or similar roles.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle) is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and competency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analysis capability.
- High ownership, follow-through, and process discipline.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
