AI Engineer

Hiya is making calls safe, useful, and human again. We're a fast-growing company expanding globally and defining what voice becomes next. We're looking for an AI Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions into our products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience working with foundational model APIs and pre-trained open source models
• Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including model evaluations and LLM fine-tuning
• Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent-based systems and best practices (LangChain, AutoGen, n8n)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
