Requirements
- Service and repair mission planning and disposition
- Reception and processing of malfunction reports and repair orders
- Offer creation for service and repair requests
- Coordination and monitoring of order processing
- Control of service reports and work reports
- Material disposition and provision of documents for service assignments
- Technical basic education in the field of electricity, mechanics, automotive
- Further education as a technical merchant or with a business background (e.g. diploma)
- Experience in technical customer service in the mechanical engineering industry
- Autonomous, structured and customer-oriented working style
- Highly developed organizational talent and resilience
- Very good German language skills in word and writing
