BIM Technician

At Hoffman Construction, we're hiring a BIM Technician to work within our BIM department, providing day-to-day construction models and related content for project BIM Coordinators and stakeholders. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in the AEC industry, proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk tools, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Receive, process, and archive model files from designers, project team members, and trade subcontractors.
• Compile and publish federated models using Navisworks Manage.
• Maintain and manage model building automation tools.
• Facilitate the exchange and coordination of the 3D model with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
• Participate in technological collaboration between project team members, clients, design team members, builders, consultants, subcontractors, and others.
