Job Description
Hoffman Construction is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical Low Voltage/Telecom to manage the low voltage electrical team and information from start to finish for large hi-tech projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex low voltage electrical coordination issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or field work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience
- Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor types of projects
- LEED Accredited Professional, or the ability to become accredited within 18 months
- Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method; familiar with CSI specification system for construction
