Construction Manager - Life Safety Systems

The Life Safety Systems Construction Manager will work within the Construction Management department, overseeing electrical subcontractor and vendor installation work, and coordinating MEP system start up activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of electrical construction experience required.
• Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is required
• Experience working in a live high-tech facility required.
• LEED Accredited Professional, or the ability to become accredited within eighteen (18) months preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent field work experience required.
• Education background in materials and methods of construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
