Hoffman Construction is seeking a Project Scheduling Manager to lead the project team through the schedule development process, prepare presentations and schedules, and analyze project progress. The role requires experience in managing and anticipating challenges in the field and resolving coordination issues.
Requirements
- Lead the project team through the schedule development process from project initiation to closeout.
- Facilitate schedule meetings, including superintendent planning, weekly work planning, and team schedule reviews.
- Build schedule detail based on construction drawings and models with input from the project team.
- Collect and input status updates.
- Observe (walk) the jobsite to verify field progress.
- Identify changes to the project schedule and notify the project team of impacts to critical path activities.
- Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained.
- Produce and distribute weekly schedules, forecasts, and reports.
- Analyze schedule variances, apportion delays, and support closure of time disputes.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to the project team on scheduling and schedule updates.
