Lucilles BBQ - Food Server

Food servers are responsible for ensuring guests' enjoyment at Lucilles BBQ. They must be friendly, outgoing, and possess good communication skills. Food servers should have extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu and be able to sell and serve food and beverages in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Serve a section of tables as determined by management
• Maintain complete knowledge of locations' food and beverage offering and preparation, and steps-of-service standards
• Sell food and beverage items
• Enter and complete guests' order on the point-of-sale computer system
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant and/or assigned areas
• Carry and transport trays with beverages and/or plates
• Clear and reset tables
• Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
• Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment
