Saint - Bartender

Bartenders are responsible for the comprehensive operation behind the bar, including the preparation of alcoholic beverages for all guests of the restaurant. They must possess good communication skills, be organized, and able to think and act quickly while retaining self-composure.

Requirements

• Serving a section of the bar
• Maintaining complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu
• Selling food and beverage items
• Entering and completing guests orders on a point-of-sale computer system
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic beverages
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and attractiveness of display in the back bar area
