We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to play a vital role in supporting our Aggregates and Asphalt customers, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service with a strong, customer-first mindset, ideally with experience working on the phone
- Confidence with IT systems such as Google Suite, Microsoft, Sales Force, or E1 (training provided)
- A proven ability to multitask and handle complex workloads effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across internal teams and with external customers
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise while staying resilient and positive
