Showroom Manager

Holland & Sherry is seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our Scottsdale showroom. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build relationships, and ensure the showroom operates at the highest standard.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, interior design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the interior design industry and trade relationships
• Proven ability to drive sales both inside and outside the showroom
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
