Job Description
We're hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build systems that power pop culture partnerships, manage CRM, oversee sales pipeline, and optimize internal processes. We're looking for a highly organized, tech-forward operator who loves building structure, enabling sellers, and streamlining systems to close deals faster and smarter.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales operations, RevOps, and agency-side project/sales
- CRM mastery (HubSpot preferable)
- Strong analytical skills
- Operationally minded with a knack for systems building, documentation, and follow-through
- Ability to support and coach others toward better sales results
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, entertainment/marketing campaigns, and digital tools
