We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the end to end recruitment process, from managing campaigns to interviewing and onboarding new hires. The role involves working with a close-knit team and requires a passion for people, care, and supporting our team to be the best they can be.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate
