Job Description
We are looking for an experienced recruitment administrator to join our team in Bracknell, supporting with recruitment administration tasks and providing high-quality support to candidates from application to onboarding.
Requirements
- Previous experience of delivering a responsive end to end recruitment support ideally in a care or other regulated sector
- Extensive administration experience and organisational skills
- Be a proactive, positive and highly responsive individual able to work flexibly based on the needs of the business and candidates
- Be confident and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships
- Proficient in use of online job boards primarily Indeed for candidate sourcing
