Requirements

• Train and assist individuals with daily living skills, leisure/social activities, personal hygiene, and vocational skills
• Coordinate vocational skills and provide instruction in vocational skills
• Assist in achieving maximum potential toward self-determination and encourage independence
• Work cooperatively with employees, service providers, professionals, and families
• Maintain confidentiality and document incidents, accidents, and medical issues
• Provide transportation and maintain cleanliness and safety of environments
• Report repair or maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Will work at multiple or various locations when business needs call for such
