Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Join Home of the Innocents, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children and families in our community. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and other teams to ensure residents in the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center receive the highest quality of care. Full-time and Part-time Shifts Available.

Requirements

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Demonstrated use of good judgment, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to deliver top-quality resident care
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, integrity, and compassion when caring for individuals with diverse backgrounds and functional abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with nursing and other department personnel
