Join Home of the Innocents, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children and families in our community. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and other teams to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. The role is available in two shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some variances to schedule expected.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Demonstrated use of good judgment, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to deliver top-quality resident care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, integrity, and compassion when caring for individuals with diverse backgrounds and functional abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with nursing and other department personnel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR / Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers, provided if needed
- Current State Registered Nurse Aide certification (Certified Nurse Aide) in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing / State Nurse Aide Registry, required
