Join Home of the Innocents, a non-profit dedicated to supporting children and families in our community. As a CNA, you will work collaboratively with the Vice President of Nursing and other departments to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. A full-time and part-time position is available with shifts from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Demonstrated use of good judgment, clinical expertise, and effective communication skills to deliver top-quality resident care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, integrity, and compassion when caring for individuals with diverse backgrounds and functional abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with nursing and other department personnel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR / Basic Life Support certification for healthcare providers, provided if needed
- Current State Registered Nurse Aide certification (Certified Nurse Aide) in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing / State Nurse Aide Registry, required
