Customer Service Representative BDC- Brodhead Chevrolet

Home Run Auto Group is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) at Brodhead Chevrolet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
