Requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule vehicle appointments for sales and service, ensuring optimal customer convenience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Assist in managing online leads and follow up to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide information on promotions, vehicle specifications, and financing options to customers.
