Job Description
Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic leadership team. The Front Desk Supervisor position is a PM position, 3pm to 11pm on the front desk to ensure delivery of exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Responsible for the overall guest service of the hotel
- Prepares work schedules in accordance with forecasted occupancy
- Supervises day to day activities of front desk, bell, and van drivers staff
- Meets and exceeds customer expectations
- Coordinates staffing and payroll to conform with productivity and budgetary standards
- Maintains proper front desk supplies inventory
- Confers closely with GM/AGM at all times
