We're hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to be the GTM systems architect + transformation leader for our revenue engine. This role owns Revenue Operations end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support—including our GTM tech stack, data model, automation, and operating rhythm. The successful candidate will design scalable data models + workflows, deliver a true revenue “source of truth”, move the org from reporting → prediction → recommendation, and lead cross-functional change across Sales, Marketing, CS, Support, Product, and Finance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, BizOps, or related roles in high-growth SaaS
- Proven track record building and evolving complex GTM tech stacks
- Deep familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success workflows
- Proven ability to lead a lean, resourceful team
- Strong technical fluency: CRM architecture, data models, automation, attribution/analytics, and operational instrumentation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional change and deliver measurable improvements in velocity, conversion, and predictability
- Experience managing and developing RevOps professionals
- Comfort owning large, ambiguous problem spaces—and moving from “unknown” to “shipped” with urgency
