Staff Product Manager, Platform (Hybrid)

At Homebase, we're looking for a Staff Product Manager, Platform to partner closely with engineering leadership and help shape the core platform that underpins Homebase as we scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with authentication, authorization, identity systems, or security-adjacent domains, and the ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical background
• Hands-on experience with authentication, authorization, identity systems, or security-adjacent domains
• Proven ability to influence without authority and partner effectively with senior engineering leaders
• Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and defining structure where none exists
• Demonstrated ability to build for scale, reliability, security, and customer experience
