The Program Manager, Talent & Leadership Development plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that build leadership capability, enable succession planning, and prepare leaders for success in roles with broader scope or complexity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, talent development, leadership programming, or related roles that support the growth of leaders and teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and build relationships across a matrixed organization.
- Skilled at creating clear, engaging content and program materials for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of leadership development frameworks, adult learning principles, and succession planning practices preferred.
