Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting US-based teams and knowledge of US employment law
- Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment
- Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude—especially when partnering with cross-functional teams
