Honor Community Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team. The Medical Assistant will provide direct and indirect patient care, assist clinicians in delivering evidence-based medical care, and complete general office duties and patient records. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be certified as a Medical Assistant, and have strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- 3+ months in a similar clinical position
- Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred)
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
