Maintenance Technician

Hope House Foundation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of apartments and properties used by the individuals we serve.

Requirements

• Basic plumbing skills (toilets, faucets, etc.)
• Basic electrical knowledge (receptacles, lighting, switches, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with building codes, maintenance best practices, and emergency response protocols.
