Job Description
Kemet House is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial services, or groundskeeping required; multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
- Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment such as power tools, vacuums, blowers, pressure washers, and snow removal equipment.
- Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and vendors; excellent communication skills.
- Self-Motivation: Able to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
