HopSkipDrive is a technology company that solves complex transportation challenges. The Marketplace & Launch Operations Manager will own the end-to-end success of the marketplace performance in new regions.
Requirements
- Own near-term supply and demand forecasts for launch markets by designing and maintaining predictive models
- Operate and optimize marketplace configurations to maximize supply-demand matching efficiency
- Design, build, and ship targeted productivity promotions to address fill rate gaps
- Evaluate market health by monitoring net revenue and contribution margin
- Monitor performance trends proactively and identify root causes of off-track metrics
- Own end-to-end project workstreams by defining scope and tracking progress
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and pressure-test strategic recommendations
