Job Description
Hostaway is seeking an Account Manager to own the post-sale commercial relationship with our global customer base, driving Net Revenue Retention by expanding customer accounts through add-on products and strategic upsells. The role requires a high volume of outbound activity, disciplined pipeline management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, closing role within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Highly organized and able to manage a high volume of opportunities
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce is highly preferred)
- Motivated, self-starter mentality, comfortable and energized by a high-volume outbound sales environment
- Background working with SaaS contracts, co-terming, and renewal management
