We are a multiple award-winning technology company seeking a Junior Customer Support Manager for our French-speaking market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. As a member of our Customer Support Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and quality of our customer support in daily business, as well as analyzing support requests to identify recurring themes and improvement potentials.

Requirements

• Responsibility for the smooth operation and quality of our customer support in daily business
• Coordination and prioritization of incoming support requests and ensuring a fast and professional processing
• Contact person for complex or critical customer issues (Escalation Management)
• Continuous optimization of our support processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Analysis of support requests to identify recurring themes and improvement potentials
• Close collaboration with our product team to pass on customer feedback and bugs
• Support of our French-speaking customers
• Configuration and maintenance of our tools
• Answering support requests by phone, email, and ticket system
• Supporting training & training (mainly via online screen sharing)
• Analysis of errors and development of sustainable solutions
• Participation in the creation of reports and recognition of improvement potentials
