Job Description
The Fiber Splicer is responsible for prepping and splicing fiber optic cables, installing and maintaining transmission and reception equipment, and troubleshooting network issues. They must have proficiency with fusion splicer and fiber test equipment, as well as excellent communication skills and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in fiber splicing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent
- Active and clean driver's license
- SCTE certification
- Ability to work days, weekends, evenings, and holidays
