Job Description
House Rx is seeking an On-Site Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinator in Gainesville, GA to improve the patient experience and streamline pharmacy operations. This role involves performing prior authorizations, sourcing financial assistance, processing claims, coordinating dispensing and shipping, and collaborating with patients and care teams. The position is an onsite role.
Requirements
- Mastery of core pharmacy technician skills (processing claims, dispensing medications)
- Comfortable engaging with patients and providers in person and over the phone
- Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation and financial assistance
- Fluency in pharmacy software systems (QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM, etc)
