We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team, specialising in Workday Talent, Performance and Learning. This role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and technology, working closely with our global Centres of Excellence to optimise and reimagine how Talent, Performance and Learning operates across Howden.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent, Performance and/or Learning
- Experience working with stakeholders to optimise and improve HR processes
- Solid understanding of Workday Core HCM
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience working in a global, multi-stakeholder environment
