As an HRIS Senior Analyst, you’ll own a defined Workday domain and play a key role in shaping how technology enhances colleague experience across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems, particularly configuration and process improvement
- Experience delivering system changes end-to-end
- Exposure to reporting, analytics, or Power BI
- Experience working in structured delivery or governance environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curious, continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, user-focused solutions
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
