Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join its Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence. The role is a strategic partner focused on driving optimization of Howmet's overall talent acquisition function by increasing recruiting effectiveness and refining hiring strategy.
Requirements
- Assess current hiring practices and implement improvements
- Provide talent acquisition guidance and support to global recruitment efforts
- Facilitate training to global HR partners and hiring teams on effective and best-in-class sourcing, recruiting, and candidate selection processes
- Utilize talent acquisition analytics, market intelligence, and industry best practices to communicate and educate HR community and business leaders on recruitment trends
- Ensure compliance in all aspects of the talent acquisition process (EEO, AAP, OFCCP); enforce and guide HR community and hiring teams on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partnership for all Corporate recruitment efforts
- Develop talent sourcing strategies on various channels to identify new candidates, maintain a talented pool of candidates, and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities
