The Global Account Operations Manager role is responsible for managing relationships with large accounts, addressing operational concerns, and driving issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This job follows a hybrid work model with 2-3 in-office days per week.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline
• 7-10 years of work experience in account management, business development, supply chain, customer service, or a related field
• Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP) certification is preferred
