Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist or Jockey

We are an integrated HR solutions partner in Japan looking for a talented Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist to administer and process payroll and social insurances procedures using our state-of-the-art technology platform. As the 'jockey,' you will take care of the 'horse' (our payroll technology platform), nourish it with up-to-date statutory information, maintain its security and integrity, and have fun with it.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of payroll experience
• Ability to communicate well in English and Japanese
• Certified or licensed Labor and Social Insurance Consultant in Japan or expert understanding of current and relevant labor and compensation laws in Japan
• Precise, good in numbers, organized, and has interest in business or fiscal management
