Job Description
The Senior Workday Consultant works in partnership with clients to deliver solutions for the Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules. The role spans the entire project lifecycle, from business analysis to testing and deployment, and requires expertise in Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5+ years of core HRIS experience
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
- Proven experience handling both net-new implementations and complex post-go-live support
- Strong client-facing experience in the UK, Ireland, or global markets
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
