Job Description
We are seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. As a Workday Consultant, you will define and deliver Workday solutions that meet the needs of our global customer base. You will work closely with client business teams to understand their requirements and provide trainings to users. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions and be able to challenge and design HR solutions in line with client expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
- Ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client's expectations
- Translate client's requirements into possible configuration options
- Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
- Demonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solution
- Demonstrate effective project experience
- Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude
- Excellent German & English language skills, written, oral and presentation
