Job Description
IT Service Manager talent to join a global leader in premium retailer, maintaining and optimizing local company networks and servers, and managing IT services team to support and maintaining company IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Holder of ITIL certification is an advantage
- 5 years’ experience in managing an IT service delivery function under diverse and multinational working environment
- Good understanding of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Knowledge in LS-retail is a plus
- Demonstrable and recent experience in service operations/managing an external service provider
- Independent, strong communication, service deliver and relationship management skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
