As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted partner to our existing top-tier corporate customers within a specific industry vertical, driving revenue, delivering tailored HRS solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation and daily operation of HRS solutions tailored to each industry.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B enterprise account management, ideally within large enterprise environments
• Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen to manage complex account needs
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and optimize account performance using CRM systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels, including C-Level
• Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
