Senior Accountant (all genders)

Senior Accountant role responsible for leading the accounting function, driving process optimization, and applying technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role works directly with the CFO and serves as a sparring partner in financial strategy topics.

Requirements

• Completed business degree or commercial training with focus on Accounting
• Several years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HGB accounting, financial statement preparation, and cashflow management
• Excellent knowledge of Business Central 365 or a comparable ERP system
• High IT affinity, structured and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and solution-focused mindset
