Job Description
The Insurance Operations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality insurance operations support within the Service Delivery Unit (SDU). This position handles complex insurance processes, ensures operational efficiency and compliance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance operations or a related role
- Training or coaching experience (e.g., former QA, Trainer, Supervisor in a BPO or insurance setup)
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills
- Experience creating and updating SOPs or technical/process documentation
- Background in quality assurance or process review is highly preferred
- Familiarity with OPEX, compliance processes, and insurance operations is an advantage
