We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team, who will serve as the first point of HR contact for assigned locations, partner with leaders on organizational design and change management initiatives, and drive key HR programs such as succession planning and employee engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or a multi-site environment (or 4+ years in a generalist capacity)
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws; multi-state experience is a plus
- Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with all levels of the organization
