Job Description
Account Management Specialist will develop a proactive relationship with assigned customer accounts, resolve issues, and provide innovative solutions to maximize margin, network efficiency, and on-time performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or management
- Experience in the transportation industry
- Experience with EDI processes, Web Tender Portals, fax, and other applicable forms of electronic communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Highly effective communication, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focused
