Account Executive, Management Liability

The Account Executive, Management Liability role at HUB International involves managing a complex book of management liability business, coordinating and negotiating coverage for various organizations, and providing exceptional client outcomes. The role requires deep technical expertise in management liability coverage lines, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of insurance industry experience, and a Property & Casualty License. The expected salary range is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on geographical location and factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, and working location. Requirements

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all accounts assigned to the team
• Partners with the ProEx Account Manager and broader ProEx resources to deliver best-in-class policy terms and ensure all renewal process milestones are met on schedule
• Reviews and approves all client-facing deliverables, including proposals, policy comparisons, and benchmarking reports
• Conducts in-depth policy reviews on new and renewal placements to identify coverage gaps and secure current marketplace enhancements
• Negotiates terms, conditions, pricing, and manuscript endorsements with carrier underwriting teams
• Consults directly with client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Board members, General Counsel, and Risk Management
• Collaborates with producing brokers and account teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and add coverage lines to existing accounts
• Creates and presents management liability benchmarking reports using industry databases
• Maintains alignment between HUB corporate objectives, carrier partnership requirements, and client coverage needs
• Ensures all client service needs are promptly and professionally delivered
• Works cooperatively and professionally with Account Team colleagues to deliver HUB services
• Complies with HUB procedures and state/federal insurance regulations
