The Account Manager III is accountable for delivering excellent and efficient service through day-to-day account management of assigned accounts. The Account Manager III has a direct impact on agency success by achieving client retention goals, effectively and consistently ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, trust, respect and teamwork while focusing on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Establishes and builds customer and carrier relationships
- Responds to client coverage inquiries
- Reviews contracts and agreements for insurance coverage compliance
- Recommends appropriate insurance coverage, binds coverage, manages timely production and delivery of renewal policies
- Contacts clients regarding outstanding receivables
- Functions as a high level strategic partner to the client
- Monitors functions performed by junior-level Account Managers and Account Manager Assistants, and supports, mentors and trains as necessary
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
