Job Description
HUB International is seeking an Account Manager III to deliver excellent and efficient service through day-to-day account management of assigned accounts. The Account Manager III has a direct impact on agency success by achieving client retention goals, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, trust, respect, and teamwork.
Requirements
- 5+ years experienced in a senior account manager role
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems
- Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule
- Supervisory, project leader, mentor or team leader experience preferred
